Biodegradable wrapping and packaging 

We wrap our garments in recycled material, also encouraging the end consumer to recycle the waste material again. we ship our items with waste based products made from cornstarch. encouraging the end consumer to compost the mailer as it is biodegradable. 

We are always exploring sustainable alternatives hoping to grow. Therefore we are always looking for suppliers, manufacturers and collaborators that share our vision in terms of sustainability.

Carbon neutral shipping

Yes! We do our best to minimize our carbon footprint as much as possible, striving to become 100% carbon-neutral.

Besides using only biodegradable recycled materials of our packaging we compensate carbon emissions (reducing the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere so that increased greenhouse gases elsewhere have a net impact of 0) of all of their deliveries through offset for every package send based on, shipping type, distance and package weight to projects, such as forestation projects Pachama, that reduce our carbon footprint.

When will i receive my items?

We strive to send out your item ASAP but it will be on your doorstep within 1 - 5 working days. you can expect your package to be delivered from Monday to Saturday.

How can i track my order?

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation from PostNL. This contains the track and trace code with which you can continue to track your order. didn't receive an email? it may be block by your program's spam filter.we recommend you to check your spambox. i you can't find the email there either please contact our costumer service.

How do I return an item?

Register your return via email and bring your package to a post office. The shipping costs for returns are for the customer and we only accept packages that are shipped with Track and Trace code. In case the package gets lost on the way, it can be traced. you can return your item within 14 days after receiving the order, with tag attached in a closed package.

Register via hello@atelierjungles.com with the following information:

  • The order number. You will find this in the order confirmation that you have received by email (the number is after the # in the order confirmation)
  • The last name you provided during the ordering process
  • The email address where you received the order confirmation

After you have registered your return:

After registering your return item(s) you can return the package but please note the following:

  • Provide sufficient postage
  • Use the correct return address
  • Please enclose the return form in the box.

Refund

As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, we will refund the money to the account with which it was paid. This can take up to 14 business days.*

mind that because of the high discounts there are no refunds on stocksale items as is legally stated on product page and on collection page. 

*The return of a product purchased remotely is at the risk of the consumer. It is therefore advised to send the package with track and trace and proof of shipment. in the unlikely event that a package does not arrive the consumer is liable. to avoid this risk you can choose to send your package insured.

*Het retour zenden van een op afstand gekochte product komt voor risico van de consument. Het is daarom verstandig om op een manier te verzenden dat er bewijs is dat iets ter verzending is aangeboden. Indien een pakket onverhoopt niet aankomt, dan is de consument zelf aansprakelijk. Wil je dit risico voorkomen, stuur dan het pakket verzekerd

LET OP: Vanwege hygiënische redenen onthouden wij ons het volgende recht; het is niet toegestaan zwemkleding te retourneren. Wij adviseren u dan ook de maattabel voor aankoop te raadplegen en bij vragen of twijfels contact met ons op te nemen voor aankoop.
